STEP BY STEP

1. Prep the nail. Start by thoroughly preparing the nail to ensure optimal gel application. Use an e-file and your favorite tools to prep the nail. Apply Dehydrator to remove oils and moisture, followed by an acid-free Bonder to promote strong adhesion.

2. Rubber Base Application. Apply a thin, gripping layer of SHIELD Rubber Base. This will act as your bonding layer for the next steps. Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 30 seconds. You can work on five nails at a time.

3. Apply Gel in Bottle. Work one nail at a time. Apply a thin, slip layer of Gel in Bottle, don't cure. This layer allows easier control of the product. Next, build the apex. Place a bead of gel near the cuticle area and gently guide it down the center of the nail towards the free edge. Use a liner brush to evenly distribute the gel towards the sidewalls and cuticle area. Turn the hand upside down to use gravity to help form the apex. Cure each nail for 30 seconds. Once all nails are complete, cure the entire hand for an additional 60 seconds.
4. Prep for top application. Use an isopropyl alcohol cleanser to remove the tacky layer. Refine the nail shape if needed.

5. Apply Top Coat.

Apply SHIELD Shimmer top, Gold Dust, ensuring even coverage on each nail. Cure as needed, working on one nail at a time, or curing four fingers together and the thumb separately. Cure the entire hand for 60 seconds, then let the product cool down for an additional 60 seconds.

6. Final shaping.
File the free edge to create a clean, crisp finish. Complete the manicure by applying cuticle oil and a hydrating hand cream for a polished, flawless look.
